FIREARMS PURCHASE GUIDELINES

Purchasing Firearms Online:
- We can only ship firearms to individuals with an active Federal Firearms License (FFL).
- If you buy a firearm online, you have two options: pick it up at our store or have it shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you.
- We may verify the FFL you choose during checkout before shipping your firearm(s). It’s recommended to contact the receiving FFL licensee before making the purchase.
- Please note that we do not ship firearms to New York due to state laws. If a New York resident makes a purchase, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days minus a $150 restocking fee. No exceptions.

RETURNS

At Apex Armory, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you’re dissatisfied with your order, we’ll do our best to rectify the situation. Please consider contacting us with any product-related questions before placing an order.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
To qualify for a return, the item must be new and in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and registration cards.
Returns require prior approval from Apex Armory. Kindly get in touch with us via email or phone to receive authorization.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping/insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use the original shipping box for your return.
Firearms and ammunition cannot be returned under any circumstances.

FIREARMS

Cancellations of firearm(s) will incur a 25% restocking fee, unless exchanged for an item(s) of equal or greater value.
Returns are not accepted for firearms.
Unclaimed firearm(s) purchased and left unclaimed for over 90 days will be considered abandoned and re-sold.
New firearm products are covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist you with warranty claims and connect you with the manufacturer if needed.
For concealed shortages or damages during transit, please report to Apex Armory within 14 business days of receipt with carrier delivery confirmation. Photographs of the packaging and product damage may be requested.

ACCESSORIES

All returned/exchanged items must be new (unmounted/uninstalled) and in resalable condition, including all packaging.
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.

USED FIREARMS

Used firearms cannot be returned, and all sales are final. Descriptions and photos, if available, are provided by the seller.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearm sales follow federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Some firearms, magazines, and parts on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Check your local and state regulations before ordering.
New firearms come in the original manufacturer’s box, with magazine(s), accessories, and applicable warranty. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on accessories and special order items not typically sold by our store.

SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during checkout is transmitted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) for a secure and private connection between the website and the browser.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Orders are promptly shipped from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3-10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for UPS and FedEx shipments.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Occasionally, errors may occur in item descriptions or prices on our website. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing such errors. If an order is canceled, the customer’s credit card will not be charged, or a refund will be issued.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 years or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 years or older to buy handgun ammunition.
All ammunition is shipped via ground with an adult signature required.
Always use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms and check local laws for any additional regulations.
